This tax revenue generated from the financial charges being paid by the individuals of a certain country or state is used by that government for the benefits of its people. Tax law is that structure of laws that evaluate ho and why governments impose certain types of taxes on the economic transactions being made by the inhabitants of a certain country or state. Tax law is a specialized field of study as well at the college and university level being offered at law or business schools. But on the whole, these laws are a system that regularizes the taxation procedure.

All the nations have one common aim and that aim is to work for the well being of their respective states. Paying taxes is one way to acknowledge this duty of ours that we owe to our countries and fellow beings. This taxation revenue gets to be used for the welfare purposes like public and social works, education system, health care, pension system etc. so, there is a certain group of laws as well in this process of taxation so that these taxes should be paid in an appropriate manner and most importantly on time. We are to pay taxes every year and then these taxes get to be converted in different social services meant for the general masses by the ruling government. So, it is very important to pay the tax and paying it by following all its laws and regulations.

There are different types of taxes and hence their respective laws. An ordinary person my not be very fluent in the knowledge about the tax laws but he or she should be. These laws should be known in order to file and pay the taxes. These different taxes are income tax, wealth tax, property tax, sales tax etc. there are different spheres of life and daily routine that come under the taxation department and the government or the related departments make sure to put a specific amount of finance as a charge on the incomes, profits and the properties of those individual whose income is that much to afford the bar of taxation.

Taxes are a sort of obligation that every inhabitant of a country owes to his respective state or country. Tax laws are that system that further evaluate and elaborate this procedure of taxation as how and how much tax is to be paid under what liabilities and obligations on what sort of dealings; public or private.
